Snow Bear Chalets was designed to answer the question… “If Harry Potter got together with Hansel and Gretel to design a magical place, what would that look like?”
These treehouses have been featured in more than 400 media publications and international magazines and became world famous when they were recognized on the cover of TIME Magazine as one of the World’s 100 Greatest Places in 2018.
Snow Bear Penthouses, built in 2020, consist of seven luxury condos, some with a starry ceiling or turrets, and all with outstanding mountain views, located directly adjacent to the ski slope.
Gail “retired” from designing and building Montana short-term rental properties and is now creating Dreaming Bear Retreat, a private home on a spectacular property in Northwestern Washington.
